Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person inquiries regarding orders and shipments.
- Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims with accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse management systems and point-of-sale equipment to track inventory and sales.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely processing of orders for the upcoming week.
- Identify and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed during peak times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to the Seattle location.
