Job Overview
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing weekend logistics operations and supporting our client-facing teams. Your ability to execute operational tasks efficiently and maintain high service standards will directly impact our reputation in the Charlotte area and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily logistics operations during the weekend shift to ensure timely delivery and processing.
- Manage incoming customer inquiries and resolve complex issues with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Process and verify shipping documents, invoices, and inventory data with 100% accuracy.
- Collaborate with the scheduling team to optimize workforce allocation for peak weekend periods.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on outgoing shipments and service reports.
- Train and mentor new weekend staff on standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations, customer service, or logistics.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Shift) on a full-time basis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make quick decisions.
