Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations to ensure a welcoming, safe, and efficient environment for customers visiting the Minneapolis location.
- Manage inventory levels, perform stock replenishment, and ensure visual merchandising standards are met to drive sales.
- Handle high volumes of customer inquiries, process returns and exchanges, and resolve issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor part-time weekend staff, providing guidance on operational procedures and service excellence.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, security audits, and daily reconciliation.
- Collaborate with the week-day management team to prepare for upcoming promotions and weekly sales events.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associateās degree in Business or Retail Management is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, retail operations, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to de-escalate conflicts effectively.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as required by the role.
