Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors, answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist with product selection, inventory checks, and point-of-sale transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet daily operational goals.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and adhere to company policies.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the customer experience.
- Report any facility issues or safety hazards to management immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation is required.
