Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations and ensure all workflows are executed efficiently and safely.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct accurate stock counts for the weekend cycle.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors during peak weekend hours.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to prepare reports and ensure continuity of operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in training new staff members on weekend procedures.
- Handle logistics coordination and resolve any operational issues that arise.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and inventory software.
- Proven track record of reliability and punctuality.
