Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend delivery schedules
- Implement and maintain safety protocols for weekend shift activities
- Train and mentor weekend staff on operational procedures and equipment usage
- Generate weekend performance reports and recommend process improvements
- Manage vendor communications and weekend supply chain logistics
- Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain weekend service standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years in operations/supply chain management or related field
- Proven experience leading weekend or overnight shift teams
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekday supervision
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid Colorado driver's license required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
