Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and logistics workflows during weekends to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accurate stock placement and retrieval.
- Train and mentor weekend staff, providing clear instructions and continuous support.
- Monitor quality control standards and implement immediate corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace, strictly adhering to all safety protocols.
- Generate and review weekend performance reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and handle conflicts professionally.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
