Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage incoming shipments, and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Warehouse Operations: Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to organize and retrieve products.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and ensure all items meet quality standards before distribution.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to streamline daily operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and dependability is essential.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and perform physical tasks.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
