Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational procedures to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Complete opening and closing duties accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet daily performance goals.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or operations is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
