Responsibilities
- Lead weekend operations teams to ensure optimal service delivery across Austin locations
- Coordinate logistics and resource allocation for high-traffic weekend periods
- Implement and maintain service excellence standards during peak weekend hours
- Train and mentor weekend staff on operational protocols and customer engagement
- Monitor performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements

Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in weekend shift operations or customer service leadership
- Proven ability to manage teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments

- Proficiency in scheduling and workforce management software
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional site visits
