Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain inventory accuracy and store organization.
- Monitor workflow and implement process improvements.
- Handle cash handling and point-of-sale transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment for all staff and visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use POS systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail or operations experience is a plus.
