Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations during the assigned weekend shift to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Execute inventory audits and stock replenishment using WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with the week-day team to coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and resolve any logistical bottlenecks.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing cargo to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and perform routine equipment maintenance checks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; associate degree in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations is highly preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift certification within 30 days of hire.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) on a rotational basis.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on teamwork.
