Responsibilities
- Manage weekend operational workflows and service delivery across all departments
- Coordinate with weekday teams for seamless handover and communication
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues proactively
- Lead weekend staff meetings and performance reviews
- Implement process improvements to enhance weekend efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
- Generate weekend performance reports and analytics
- Act as primary point of contact for weekend stakeholder communications
Qualifications
- 3+ years of operations or shift management experience
- Proven ability to lead teams in weekend/holiday environments
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
- Experience with process optimization and workflow documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operational software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Colorado driver's license (if required for site visits)
- Flexibility to adjust schedule during peak operational periods
