Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations and staff performance during Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of 10+ employees to ensure high morale and productivity.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply orders for the weekend block.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, health codes, and company policies.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management, hospitality, or retail.
