Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations from Friday evening through Sunday evening.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 5-10 local staff members.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency at all times.
- Manage inventory, cash handling, and prepare accurate daily reports.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and operational issues immediately.
- Conduct team briefings and closeout meetings to ensure alignment.
- Collaborate with management to optimize weekend workflows.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in management or operations is strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Must be a local resident of Washington, DC, or the immediate metro area.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
