Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure 100% service uptime and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of logistics and support staff to maintain high morale and productivity.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols to meet strict industry standards and compliance regulations.
- Execute and optimize weekend logistics, inventory management, and workflow processes.
- Handle escalated client inquiries and resolve critical technical issues with precision and professionalism.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate weekly reports to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or technical support, preferably in a weekend shift capacity.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
