Role Overview:
The Weekend Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, and leading a team of dedicated professionals. You will manage inventory, handle customer inquiries, and ensure that our weekend services run seamlessly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and workflow during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to prevent stock shortages.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction rates.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.

- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with a full-time schedule.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
