Responsibilities
- Lead the Team: Supervise and mentor a diverse crew of logistics associates during weekend shifts to ensure high productivity and morale.
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily workflows, inventory counts, and quality control checks to maintain 100% accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to create a secure working environment for all staff.
- Issue Resolution: Quickly address customer complaints, operational bottlenecks, and equipment malfunctions on-site.
- Reporting: Generate and present weekly performance reports to the regional management team.
- Training: Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new hires to ensure they are fully equipped for success.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time, including weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical: Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing schedules and operational demands.
