Responsibilities
- Direct weekend operations teams to achieve 99.5% service delivery targets
- Coordinate inventory management and supply chain logistics across 3 fulfillment centers
- Implement process improvements for weekend workflows using Lean methodologies
- Resolve escalated client issues with 15-minute response SLA
- Generate real-time performance dashboards for executive review
- Train and mentor 8-person weekend crew on safety protocols
- Collaborate with weekday managers for handover optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years operations management experience with weekend/holiday scheduling
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-volume logistics environments
- Advanced proficiency in inventory management software (SAP/Oracle)
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Data-driven decision-making experience with KPI optimization
- Strong bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
