Responsibilities
- Direct weekend operations across multiple departments including logistics, customer support, and facility management
- Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 weekend staff, fostering a culture of accountability and performance
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce weekend bottlenecks
- Coordinate with weekday managers to ensure continuity of operations and strategic alignment
- Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain service quality standards during peak weekend hours
- Monitor KPIs and generate comprehensive weekend performance reports for leadership review
- Develop and maintain weekend contingency plans for operational disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management with weekend scheduling exposure
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate teams in high-pressure environments
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data-driven decision making
