Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics and inventory management during weekend shifts to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates, fostering a culture of safety and productivity.
- Enforce strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company compliance standards.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and customer service issues with efficiency and diplomacy.
- Coordinate with the weekday management team to ensure seamless continuity of operations.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to exceed productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations management (2+ years preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team during high-volume periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Logistics is a plus.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
