Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Coordinate with transportation teams to optimize delivery schedules and route efficiency
- Lead cross-functional weekend staff through daily briefings and performance reviews
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all weekend activities
- Analyze weekend operational data and implement process improvements
- Act as primary point of contact for weekend client inquiries and escalations
- Prepare weekly performance reports and strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 3+ years experience in logistics or warehouse operations management
- Proven leadership experience with weekend/holiday shift teams
- Advanced proficiency in WMS and transportation management systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI-driven operations
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
