- Oversee weekend operations across 3+ service locations in San Francisco
- Manage and mentor a team of 8-10 weekend staff members
- Coordinate inventory, scheduling, and logistics for weekend services
- Implement process improvements to enhance weekend efficiency
- Resolve client issues and maintain service quality standards
- Generate weekend performance reports for senior leadership
- Collaborate with weekday teams for operational continuity
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in operations or shift management
- Proven leadership in weekend/holiday shift environments
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in scheduling and inventory management software
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
