Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend warehouse and distribution operations
- Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 weekend staff members
- Optimize inventory management and logistics workflows
- Implement and maintain safety compliance protocols
- Coordinate cross-departmental handovers with weekday teams
- Analyze operational data to drive continuous improvement
- Resolve escalated issues and ensure service excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field
- 3+ years of logistics/supply chain management experience
- Proven leadership experience in weekend/holiday operations
- Strong proficiency in WMS and inventory management systems
- OSHA certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
