Responsibilities
- Manage weekend warehouse operations including inventory control and order fulfillment
- Supervise and coordinate 15+ member delivery team across Washington DC metro
- Implement process improvements to optimize weekend logistics efficiency
- Handle client communications and resolve operational escalations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Generate performance reports and weekend operational metrics
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless transition of operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of operations management experience in logistics
- Proven leadership managing teams of 10+ employees
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with DC-area traffic patterns and regulations
