Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ weekend staff across warehouse and distribution operations
- Optimize weekend inventory workflows and logistics scheduling
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional handoffs with weekday teams
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and implement improvements
- Train and mentor weekend associates on operational procedures
- Resolve escalated customer/vendor issues during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field
- 3+ years experience in logistics/supply chain management
- Proven leadership with weekend shift management experience
- Strong proficiency in WMS and inventory management systems
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work weekends with flexibility for weekday meetings
