Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and motivate a team of 8-10 weekend staff members to meet daily productivity targets
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with weekday managers for smooth operational handovers
- Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Manage inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems appropriately
- Prepare weekend performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Proven leadership experience with weekend/holiday shift teams
- Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory management systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
