Responsibilities
- Direct all weekend operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Train and mentor 15+ team members on weekend-specific service protocols
- Develop strategies to optimize weekend guest experiences and drive revenue
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operational handovers
- Implement safety and compliance standards during peak weekend hours
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and weekend procurement processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years in hospitality/retail management with weekend shift experience
- Proven track record of leading teams during high-volume weekend periods
- Strong problem-solving skills for weekend-specific operational challenges
- Excellent communication abilities for coordinating across departments
- Flexibility to work exclusively Saturday-Sunday with weekday availability for planning
- NYC food handler certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Advanced knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software
