Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend staff across front-of-house, back-of-house, and guest services teams
- Execute seamless weekend operations including inventory management, staffing optimization, and quality control
- Resolve guest inquiries and operational challenges with exceptional service standards
- Collaborate with weekday managers to ensure continuity of operations and brand consistency
- Monitor financial performance metrics including weekend revenue and cost controls
- Implement health and safety protocols to maintain compliance during high-volume periods
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and performance reviews for weekend team members
Qualifications
- 5+ years in hospitality management with proven weekend leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of LA's entertainment and dining landscape
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Advanced proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
- Valid California Food Handler and Alcohol Service certifications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
