Responsibilities
- Unloading & Processing: Safely unload delivery trucks and process incoming inventory with speed and accuracy.
- Machinery Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move materials throughout the facility.
- Inventory Management: Utilize scanning technology to update stock levels and ensure digital records match physical inventory.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging before storage or shipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the morning shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide paid training.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
