Responsibilities
- Manage 5-7 weekend warehouse associates during peak operational hours
- Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and accuracy verification
- Coordinate with overnight team for seamless shift transitions
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and workplace standards
- Optimize weekend workflow for maximum efficiency
- Process and document weekend shipments/receiving
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and equipment checks
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery proficiency
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Valid Virginia driver's license
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-2PM)
- Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
