Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight: Safely and efficiently handle incoming and outgoing shipments using proper equipment.
- Inventory Management: Verify and record inventory counts with high accuracy using handheld scanners and WMS systems.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping according to strict quality standards.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery in a safe and compliant manner.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to ensure workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for immediate consideration.
- Documentation: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Tools: Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- License: Valid driver's license is a plus.
