Responsibilities
- Execute Daily Operations: Oversee store opening and closing procedures, ensuring security and inventory accuracy.
- Customer Engagement: Provide top-tier customer service, answer inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently to drive sales.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting regular stock counts to maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with fellow associates to ensure a seamless workflow and a positive team atmosphere.
- Cash Handling: Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately and adhere to all financial reporting policies.
- Problem Solving: Address operational challenges on the floor with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and able to stand for extended periods.
