Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of the facility, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Perform inventory checks and stock replenishment to maintain optimal product availability.
- Greet and assist customers or team members with inquiries and logistical needs.
- Operate standard office and warehouse equipment safely and accurately.
- Report operational issues or discrepancies to the Shift Lead immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn internal software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
