Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist in the smooth daily operation of the facility, ensuring all workflows are executed efficiently during weekend shifts.
- Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional service to clients and visitors, answering inquiries and resolving issues with a professional demeanor.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory counts, and coordinate the replenishment of products to maintain optimal supply.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workspace, ensuring high visual standards and safety protocols are followed.
- Transaction Handling: Process sales and operational transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and digital tools.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure all goals for the weekend shift are met.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday, on a regular basis.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in retail, logistics, or customer service is a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive motions as needed.
