Responsibilities
- Stock & Inventory Management: Accurately receive, stock, and organize merchandise to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to strict quality standards.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe by performing routine cleaning duties and reporting equipment issues.
- Customer Service: Assist customers and internal teams with inquiries regarding orders, products, and logistics processes.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work exclusively on weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Strong track record of attendance and punctuality.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehouse, retail, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- License: Valid driver's license is required for some local transport duties.
