Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in and throughout the venue
- Maintain clean, organized spaces and high standards of hygiene
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Report maintenance issues and operational concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Must be 16-18 years old with valid work permit
- Available Friday and Saturday nights (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Reliable transportation to/from downtown location
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- No prior experience required – training provided
