Responsibilities
- Oversee 5-8 security personnel during weekend night shifts
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to incidents
- Conduct employee performance evaluations
- Prepare shift reports and incident documentation
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services
- Implement security protocols across multiple sites
- Train new team members on procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years security or supervisory experience
- Valid Florida Security Officer License
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Proficient in security technology systems
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Must pass background check and drug screening
