Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly operations during weekend shifts, ensuring safety protocols and service standards
- Coordinate team assignments and performance during peak weekend hours
- Monitor inventory, equipment, and facility security throughout shifts

- Complete shift handovers and detailed incident reports
- Train new staff on weekend-specific procedures

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in night shift environments
- Proven ability to manage teams during weekend and holiday periods
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid Florida driver's license (if transport duties required)
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts (6 PM - 6 AM) Saturdays and Sundays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
