Responsibilities
- Manage 8-12 person crews during weekend and overnight shifts (Friday-Sunday, 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ensure efficient workflow, safety compliance, and quality standards across all stations
- Train and mentor new hires on warehouse protocols and equipment operation
- Coordinate inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to day-shift management
- Conduct shift handovers with detailed documentation of activities and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate timekeeping and attendance records for assigned team members
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics
- Availability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) and overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training preferred
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
