Responsibilities
- Oversee 8-12 person crews during weekend/night shifts with real-time performance optimization
- Implement safety protocols and emergency response procedures for 24/7 operations
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows between warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams
- Conduct shift handovers with digital reporting tools and KPI tracking
- Mentor staff on operational excellence and conflict resolution techniques
- Manage inventory controls and quality assurance during off-peak hours
- Resolve escalated customer issues with solution-oriented approach
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in high-volume operations
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and overnight hours (10PM-6AM)

- Valid driver's license with clean record for facility access
