Responsibilities
- Oversee 8-12 person team during weekend and overnight shifts (Fri-Sun, 11 PM-7 AM)
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
- Manage inventory control and logistics coordination
- Handle customer escalations with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Conduct shift briefings and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors for operational continuity
- Maintain accurate shift reports and incident documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Fri-Sat-Sun) and overnight hours
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation abilities
- Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and stand for 8+ hours
- BS degree in Operations Management or related field preferred
