Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage warehouse inventory systems during overnight shifts
- Coordinate with day-shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Maintain accurate documentation and digital tracking records
- Respond to urgent logistical inquiries via communication channels
- Safely operate warehouse equipment following OSHA standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for weekend workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in logistics, warehousing, or similar field
- Availability for every Saturday and Sunday (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Proficient with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Pass background check and drug screening
