Responsibilities

- Enforce venue access protocols and ID verification procedures
- Manage crowd control and de-escalation during peak hours
- Document incident reports with precision using digital platforms
- Coordinate with emergency services and venue management
- Conduct safety equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain detailed logs of all activities and suspicious occurrences
Qualifications
- Valid California Guard Card and firearms permit (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Advanced de-escalation and conflict resolution certification
- Exceptional communication skills and situational awareness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Fri/Sat/Sun 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficiency in mobile reporting and surveillance technology
