Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and document observations in EMR systems
- Assist with ADLs and mobility support under RN supervision
- Respond to patient call lights and emergency situations
- Prepare exam rooms and assist with procedures
- Stock supplies and maintain clean patient environments
- Collaborate with night shift nursing team for seamless care transitions
Qualifications
- Current Arizona CNA or EMT certification required
- Minimum 6 months acute care experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to stand/walk 80% of shift
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work alternating weekends
- Basic computer proficiency
