Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Monitor vital signs and administer medications per physician protocols
- Document patient assessments and treatment plans in electronic health records
- Coordinate with on-call physicians and emergency response teams
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during critical hours
- Participate in weekend shift handoffs and overnight safety briefings
Qualifications
- Active Georgia CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in hospital/clinic setting
- Valid BLS/CPR certification (AHA preferred)
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Exceptional time management and emergency response skills
- Weekend and holiday availability mandatory
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic experience preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
