Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during peak weekend and evening hours
- Operate POS systems, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Manage inventory, stock shelves, and ensure store cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to resolve operational challenges
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies consistently
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation processes
- Support warehouse operations including packing, sorting, and shipping
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and/or nights (4 PM - midnight)
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with no recent disciplinary issues
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Valid state ID or driver's license required
- Background check and drug screening mandatory
