Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery during assigned weekend/night shifts
- Monitor quality control metrics and maintain safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
- Complete shift documentation and handover reports
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Train on new equipment and processes as needed
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous shift work experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends and nights
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (if applicable to role)
