Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during weekend and overnight shifts with high standards of safety and compassion
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while maintaining detailed electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient handoffs and continuity of care
- Respond promptly to emergency situations with calm professionalism and clinical expertise
- Monitor patient vitals and report any changes to senior staff using established protocols
- Support families during high-stress situations with empathy and clear communication
Qualifications
- Current NM RN or LPN license with at least 1 year of clinical experience
- Valid BLS/CPR certification with willingness to obtain ACLS if needed
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced overnight and weekend environments
- Exceptional time management skills with attention to detail during off-peak hours
- Strong communication skills for effective patient and family interactions
