Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care during weekend night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor vital signs and administer medications per physician protocols
- Coordinate with emergency services during critical incidents
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Support admissions/discharge processes for overnight patients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless care transitions
- Respond to patient inquiries and ensure comfort protocols
Qualifications
- Current Oregon RN or LPN license required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- Strong EHR proficiency (Epic/Cerner systems)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Valid Oregon driver's license for emergency transport
- Weekend availability mandatory
